Our project 'Supporting Just Response and Recovery to Covid-19 in Informal Urban Settlements' has been awarded £50,000 funding from the GCRF-Newton Consolidation Fund to build further on our impact with Slum Dwellers International and local policymakers. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with SDI and their youth affiliates, especially in Zimbabwe, Kenya, Sierra Leone, to work with authorities and international organisations on justice-oriented approaches to pandemic recovery and broader risk resilience in informal settlements.
